Had disable room was very impressed large bathroom and room had plenty of space to move around with wheelchair
Delightfully pleasant staff on reception when we arrived. The room was the normal Premier Inn product: compfy, warm and functional. Handy for the town centre and the Brewery centre. Great value but we did book it six months in advance. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. Would stay here again should the need arise.
Disabled bedroom.. For what ever reason some one in premier Inn has decided to put no drawers of any size in the room. Only enough hanging space for 4 coat hangers.2 tea bags 2 coffee for double roomOne glass. Just lacking in basicsOh yes a slide door to bathroom except you need to be superhuman to slide itGood point is breakfast and all staff have been excellent
What an amazing Premier Inn. We have stayed in lots of the Premier Inn's across the country but this has to be the best.The staff are exceptional and went out of their way to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant was immaculate, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Cheltenham has lots of food establishments but the quality and variety of meals available you can stay in, enjoy yourself and relax all under one roof. Definitely a positive experience.
Customer service is is outstanding!! Warm, welcoming and well looked after. Everything is a good price and worth every penny! Food is incredible... Cannot recommend this Premier Inn more if I tried! Best hotel in Cheltenham
