Really enjoy catching up with colleagues to talk business whilst sipping a nice cuppa in a nice atmosphere.
Cosy and charming place with a lovely reception team! Managers and employees are quite friendly and handful. I you are looking for a good spot to relax and enjoy a glass of red-wine, you would definitively be better to go here.
Slow service and disappointed that at only 3pm there were several things off the menu. This despite them having a fully booked evening ahead! !!When we did get our meals the food was good quality and huge portions.
I cannot find the words to describe this hotel. We do travel a lot and stayed in very unique places before, but the No 131 tops it all. Am I able to rate any higher than 5 stars?The room was perfect, service outstanding, definitely opt for breakfast - it is an experience and of course, Cheltenham offers something for everyone. Thank you all, our stay was brilliant and we are looking forward to coming back soon.
Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Lovely room. We stayed during the heat wave and air con (freestanding water-cooled contraption) was pitiful and leaked water all over the floor. Would have helped if they had thought to open the windows!
