Spent a night in this hotel and was not disappointed. From the outside hotel looks professional, receptionist friendly and made you feel welcome. Rooms are clean and have plenty of space! Has an honesty bar by the reception with a cosy room to sit in. Quiet surrounding area so had a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend this over any chain hotels in the area. Will definitely be returning!
The only reason this doesn't get a 5 star is I'm a tough judge. The breakfast was supreme the room was more than we needed and the price was lower than you would expect for a similar room at one of the bigger chains. If your planning on staying in Cheltenham I would highly recommend this hotel, honesty bar, great room and superb food. Don't book that premiere Inn room stay here.
Excellent breakfast. Very good location. Good room. Only thing that spoilt it for me was a fair few other guests slamming doors etc in the small hours. I'm a light sleeper. If you aren't it would be great.
Lovely accommodation. Clean bright and a perfect tonic after a day at work. The location was good near a park for walking (and tennis if youre up to it). Just far enough away from the Cheltenham bright lights and shopping. And easy walk to good places for dinner. I stay here next time Im in town
Spent a night in this extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating - it was a pleasure to stay there.Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked, the selection suited my husband and my tastes. The hotel is situated in a very convenient position, near to the town, the university, the racecourse and the theatre - all are within walking distance.We shall be returning in June - if not before!
