Very helpful staff. Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. I would recommend staying here
Good location, easy to get to. Very long corridors if you're not in the main part. No lifts, with exception for wheelchair access between different levels of this old building. Any issues with the food where promptly rectified, staff were very helpful throughout the two night stay. In-laws had a suit, very spacious with a little side room. Standard room for family of 4 was good size, with some space in between beds. All in all an enjoyable weekend.
Brilliant staff, very accommodating and efficient. Travelled with a toddler and they were very considerate and helpful. David particularly at breakfast was very kind and made our time very enjoyable. Would highly recommend
Very long and slow checkout. The rooms are a very generous size.Please note, the corridors are very long. More than 150 steps from one end to the other.Avoid the queen rooms. Very small and very little space. No desk, no draw space.Service has declined. The lounge service is at times under staffed. Loyalty has no benefits. I'm a diamond member. My colleague is a basic member. He gets a king size room and I get a single.
Booked a spa day including 2 treatments and afternoon tea at this hotel for best friends birthday. We decided to stay the night as well. Booking the spa day I spoke with Andrew?? Who gave excellent advise regarding our day.Arriving at the hotel at 10.30 the lovely receptionist greeted us and luckily a room was available So she allowed us to check in. We then went for our Spa treatments, again staff in the spa were very professional but friendly. Tara my therapist was absolutely brilliant. Thank you.Afternoon tea could not be faulted. The whole day was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Breakfast this morning again faultless.Would definitely recommend this offer.
