Nice friendly staff service was very good
Hotel is not really different from any others in the chain and has the same standards of fillings and cleanliness but the staff have been the difference between a normal rating the the 5 stars here. Great local knowledge and a sense of humour added just what was needed after a long day of work and travel.
Went here for a meal, celebrating a family birthday.Very pleasant evening, definitely recommend.

Very clean - bathroom was gleaming. Very comfortable bed.All staff very attentive at reception Pauline was especially helpful.Shirley and all staff in the Beefeater restaurant very attentive.Good on-site parking with monitor on recptionist's desk.
