Clean and tidy rooms and very good staff.
Positive =Soft bed, clean tidy and nice quiet place. Great cleaning stuff, helpful and quick response on room issues. Negative= they wait till3pm to let u check in, even if it is 14:55, they will not let u in does not matter how tired u are, or what is your situation. They dont care.Parking is extra fee 8 per night, and if h come to hotel before 3pm u will be charged 1 every hour.
Excellent location close to a variety of very good restaurants !The rooms were clean but basic. Comfortable bed !
Cannot fault. Right in the centre of Cheltenham, has a small paying car park to to ditch the car (8). We were there an hour before check in and they let us in our room early, no extra charge. The breakfast (included) was sufficient and they cooked me vegetarian sausages on request. It was busy and the small amounts went quickly but we're topped up. The lift is actually quite scary (we were on top floor) so only go in it if needed! Sounds were a minor issue for room next door to us and early morning traffic but I used it as an alarm call. You cannot get better in the centre. Room big and bed comfy. Location great!
