Brilliant service, sadly I did not buy a car from them (yet) but Richard is the model salesman! I don't like to chase when buying a car and wait for hours on end for answers. I didn't have to do any of that, he was totally on the ball; polite and professional....
Unfortunately due to my own circumstances the deal I wanted couldn't go through but Ben the sales executive at mini Cheltenham could not have been more helpful. He tried and explored many avenues in trying to secure the deal but unfortunately couldn't get done. Have used cotswold mini previously and have always been superb.
