A very friendly welcone from all, from Reception staff to the Service team ... I was happy to wait for the service and scratch repairs to be completed, and completed alot of work on my laptop & phone, with frequent offers of coffee/tea/water. It was a most productive day on many fronts, and my Lexus is ready for the next 10,000 miles and a cheery return to Cheltenham dealership

IS 300 h service, excellent, all as scheduled, on time, well explained, good hospitality, painless, will be back. Thank you. But no tub of sweets, or bean to cup coffee. Ugh.
Just wasted my day off and had a 6 hour drive to view a car RX450h 18k price, at this dealership. It was a like stolen recovered Lexus vehicle. But any decent dealer would send this vehicle to auction. Back end had loads of scratches Along with trim down both sides of the car under the doors door bins speakers plus passenger seat had torn leather and even the front end too. Drivers seat was heavily worn. To the extent in my mind i questioned the recorded mileage. Be aware. What you are told before travelling to view may not be what you see upon arrival.. . My advice.. Avoid all together. I am still waiting my deposit to be refunded to me looks like i have to take this company to small claim to get my refund back, total cost of travel 60 pound plus wasted all day. Manager Carl has seen the damage on car and wanted 3 more days for repair but no world of apologies for wasting my time and money This group clearly have no standards.. Avoid..or at the very least. Buy with extreme caution..
