If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would. I was told the car would be ready in two weeks and three weeks later after leaving many messages (which were not returned) I finally got a call back to say that they haven't even started the work. Was also told that they would be able to offer me a car in one week form them receiving the car and again nothing! Had they explained to me at the beginning that I would be without a car for a month then I would have accepted this, however, seems to me there is a case of over promising and under delivering.
