Couldn't seem to be bothered to give an estimated finance deal, we waited ten minutes for a demonstrator car to arrive that the keys then were missing for so we couldn't sit inside it. A test drive was going to be at least a week later (having had one within minutes from the local BMW dealer). Go elsewhere if possible.
Thank you to the so called salesman who said to my wife "there was too much paperwork "" for her to have a test drive in a Q2.... unless we were "going to buy it". Annoyed with the whole episode we promptly left and went to Worcester Audi where we were treated as potential customers and nothing was a problem. We had our test drive.......and we bought a higher specification 18 plate same price!!! So just a thought for your salesman with his preconceived ideas perhaps more customers might make a purchase given half a chance!!
My experience within the showroom was some what mixed, waited for some time to be greeted by a salesman but at the same time the reception staff kept us supplied with drinks and snacks. Found the salesman to be very knowledgeable which is to be expected but also not over pushy, overall good service
