Was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything for the repair as problem occurred only after having service with dealership. I specifically asked this before signing my car in.Several minutes later on my way home I had a phone call that I have to pay for repair. Felt tricked and very unhappy with service. Planning on cancelling motor insurance with you as I don't want to deal with this kind of company.

We were looking for a Kuga and had a year and mileage in mind. On entering the showroom, all Sales Executives were busy, but we were immediately assigned Jon, as he would be available in 10 minutes. We were made immediately welcome by Business Manager, who offered us hot drinks, and in proper cups. Lisa got involved in the discussion at an early stage, as she had identified a vehicle, which was above our specification, but had the wow factor. We were able to reach an agreement about the price, and we are delighted with our purchase.On the basis of this experience have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.
Dreadful, will never use again phoned me up to tell me my car was due it's 1st MOT then tell me they can't fit it in till 24 days after the MOT ran out, what was I supposed to do for 24 days walk everywhere . I was also told the car would be serviced prior to collection when 1st purchased it now turns out this was not done so I was also lied to. will now never buy another Ford as long as I live.
