The ladies only gym is a great idea, however it is lacking in certain equipment. I'd like to see a squat rack maybe, or a deadlift platform. The rest of the equipment is a bit old and the layout isn't always ideal, such as the mirror placement in the weight section, as you only have half a mirror for a squat rack which is a bit awkward. Overall a great gym and great location.
Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere with good facilities for the price. Most pieces of equipment are showing their age a bit, however for the cheapest and most central gym in town it is pretty good value for money.
All free weight and machines available. Classes and trainers of all varieties. Can become crowded pre and post work hours
Decent price, friendly people, great facility with a large variety of equipment. No shower though, you should keep that in mind.
Good place. Plenty of space and equipment to go around. Good sized free weights area. I go at one of the busiest times I would say and still manage to use everything I need.
