Proper weightlifting gym - there are instructor lead functional fitness classes, free weights, 6 platforms and a dedicated powerlifting area. This is not an air conditioned commercial gym adorned with tvs on the wall - it's all about loud music and throwing weights about.

Great gym with fantastic equipment and plenty of space. Staff are welcoming, friendly and always on hand to give advice. Great strength and conditioning facilities as well as open gym space, crossfit and a full range of gym equipment. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been a member since September and have really enjoyed being part of this very friendly club. It's one of the few boxes to also offer a proper gym, Olympic weight lifting stations and showers in addition to the Crossfit classes. They also run fantastic weightlifting courses which really break down and help you to learn the movements without being overly critical on us beginners! Can't rate Jack and his team too highly.
