My experience here was a bit unique. I was abroad from the United States from the greater Philadelphia area. The owner Pat and co trainers provided a great boxing experience. The gym was very well rounded with lots of heavy bags and two full size rings. To put it quite frankly I miss that gym and the UK in general!!
Fantastic boxing club. Excellent if you want to get super fit and learn some handy boxing skills at the same time. Trainers are really helpful and patient, especially if you have never done any boxing before.
