Why can't I give zero stars?If you are selling I would avoid like the plague, here's why from a buyer's perspective:First contact -Spoken to like a second class citizen, presumably because I didn't have an Oxbridge accent and therefore surely couldn't afford the property I was enquiring about. After some faffing about I was reluctantly offered a viewing.The viewing -Turned up late, poorly presented and no knowledge about the property at all, essentially just a very expensive key handler. Rushed around the property as there was another viewing 15 minutes later (and we started over 5 mins late).After the viewing -Made an offer but I had to call back three days later to get an update. That update was simply 'your offer was rejected'... no inclination as to why, was it not high enough, was it our position etc. so no help for me or the vendor in terms of achieving the best possible price as I could have increased my offer. Also, there was no attempt to find out more about what I was looking for in order to market similar properties in future.All in all an unbelievably poor experience, even more shocking as some online providers are really upping their game. Can't believe this bunch are still going, but I would think carefully before choosing them as your agent.
