Taylors and their partners R.A. Bennets let us down. They were advertising a property at 2 different prices, than they said the right price was the highest one. Anyways, we went to see the house on a Saturday, it was nice, we liked it so we said we are interested. The agent said she will call us on Monday to arrange the check-ups a meeting with the landlord. By Wednesday we didn't hear anything from them so I rang them, they said the landlord has allready chosen someone else, but they never bothered calling us. Now, after 2 months , the house is still on the market at a reduced rent, so it seems after all they didn't actualy let it. In the meantime we found a better place let by CGT Lettings. The team there was very quick and responsive.Poor customer service at Taylors and R.A. Bennets.
