Poor customer service once you've sold. If you want absolutely no after sales care and no-one to return your call, then this is the Estate Agent for you. We ended up repeatedly phoning the Estate Agents that we purchased from to find out about the chain underneath us, rather than Andrews who were selling our property (and we were paying for!). In fact the only efficiency that we saw was the short time taken to send their invoice through.
We rented a house for 12 months. Left it in immaculate condition, spent over 500 getting it professionally cleaned and painted. Even weeded the gardens. Landlord won't release our deposit, which is over 1700. Currently in dispute.
This agency is a joke! I was booked as a first one to see the flat after current tenant allowed viewings. After week of waiting, on the day of viewing i got a phone call that this property is being rented to someone else. Gave them a call trying to find out how is this possible when i was told to be the first one to see the flat. Their response was pretty much like "sorry mate, it is what it is".
Not impressed. Both my partner and I asked for information from Andrews Estate Agents concerning properties for sale in Cheltenham but received absolutely no response. How they claim to be award winning is beyond me.
