This Post Office is staffed by the rudest people you are likely to meet and the service is appalling. Ive used it on many occasions and not one of them says please or thank you and they all look so miserable, its a really unpleasant experience going there. Instead of something like Hello, can I help you? I simply got Yeah, she might as well have said what do you want. I wont ever use it again, luckily there is another Post Office close by in Hatherley where all the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.
Very easy access. Shares a small car park with the co-op in the same building. The queues are variable but not bad! They have also recently introduced a later drop off royal mail parcel service at the co-op tills which is handy. Well trained, knowledgeable staff as one hopes for from the Post Office.
