Lack of customer service, attitude of post office staff could do with improving and the owner/manager chooses what services to offer and when! In my experience it is best to drive to Cheltenham post office with eastern European staff, extremely efficient.
I know this is a busy post office but sometimes the lack of customer courtesy is lacking.

Always served efficiently, with a smile and good humour. Staff helpful and considerate especially when trying to work out which postage is most suitable for parcels. I always believe if you greet people with eye contact and a smile you get back the same.
