Fantastic post office and shop. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I use this post office on an almost daily basis for my business and wouldn't go anywhere else as service is excellent.
Very very rude staff, esspecially rudest one is manager.Always unhappy !!! Is like you came in to ask for free service and they cant wait you to live. The only one nice is lady on newspaper desk. More then 2 years i use this post office and says is last time but now definetly is last time. WORS POST OFFICE IN UK .
Very helpful and friendly staff, the people leaving negative reviews are probably the type of people who think the world owes them something. Never had an issue here, expect 10min queueing for post office at peak hours
Extremely unnecessarily rude staff - very poor customer service
I've been a regular business customer of the newsagents and post office for 12 years. Always been accommodating and helpful on both sides of the business. They provide a reliable and regular service at the sharp end of a much bigger organisation. I would have struggled without the excellent support which all the staff have afforded me over the years
