Great day out on new years day. Lost money but had fun doing it!! Food is expensive and pretty terrible. You can only drink alcohol INSIDE and not outside while watching the races. Parking was free.

The entertainment and fireworks were amazing. It just took forever to leave the place, in the stampede.
This is a fantastic race course and conference centre. All the races are very well organised. The views are amazing and there certainly isnt a shortage of bars and eateries during race days. The Car parks arent the best on race days, but it is the countryside and like all large events, travelling by road needs to be well planned. Car parks for conferences etc are great; tarmac and free to park. The Centaur is a great venue and very adaptable for music events, conferences, shows etc.
