Fantastic service from a friendly and knowledgeable team. I was looking for a particular item which was sourced by Jo. It has been refreshing to deal with a team of people who know what they're doing and clearly have excellent customer service as a strong part of their ethos. As well as Jo, I also dealt with Sophie and subsequently Jason, all of whom were very professional and made me feel as if I was their most important customer. Not only had I been given their contact details for if Jo was unavailable, both Sophie and Jason were fully aware of the up-to-date position of my purchase. I will definitely use Beards again and have no hesitation in recommending the team to anyone looking for a reliable, helpful jeweller.

Attended London Store, their service was fantastic, very courteous and inviting. I purchased a watch and was kept up to date with delivery and provided support to adjust and set it up upon collection. Highly recommend and I will certainly use Beards again in the future.

I can't recommend Beards highly enough for their bespoke service. An excellent experience from start to finish! Jo @ Beards met with me to discuss ideas and offer expert advice; she created a beautiful ring that was exactly what I had envisaged; it will be treasured forever! Can't thank you enough.
