Flawless service from Luke and everyone at Martins. In advising and sourcing a beautiful opal ring for my son to give his girlfriend. They went to a lot of trouble to make sure that the opals had lovely colours running through them, which makes all the difference and is impossible to ascertain if buying via the internet. Rude though this happened some time ago, I entered the premises with a watch in hand, a man immediately shouted NO and waved in an ushering manner to leave the shop. I had not uttered a word I wanted to know if they could help me change a battery on my watch which I purchased from there some years back. Utterly disgusted by the treatment I received.
We had a lovely experience with Luke from Martin and Co, it was such a pleasure talking to him and he was very knowledgeable, we weren't rushed or pressured into any purchase. He was so free with his time and at no point did he make us feel rushed or that we didn't fit, as some other places give you the once over on entering trying to guess the size of your wallet, there was none of that with Luke, we had dropped in on the off chance and I left so glad we had.
