I approached Julie with very late notice (in baking terms) to acquire a bespoke design cake for my wifes 30th.She not only made the cake in the style and the flavour we wanted, but mimicked the design we gave her from a single photo amazingly! Usually such decorative pieces suffer from too much icing or marzipan in order to create the look, but not the case here! It was not only visually stunning but delicious and actually became one of the main talking points of the birthday party!I will be contacting Julie for my baking needs in future, and I highly recommend that you give her a try.One VERY happy customer.
