HORRENDOUS OWNER- REPULSIVE BEHAVIOURThis place has so much potential and it's such a shame it's owned by this horrible man. I have never been treated that badly in 30 years and have now felt obligated to write this review, having been disgustingly treated by the owner not once but twice. In short, this man has a vile manner and is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I wouldn't be surprised if an official complaint about this business is registered with the council, if not already. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated on two occasions by this repugnant human being.CHECK TRIP ADVISOR. I was surprised to see only a handful of bad reviews on Google but then I saw that there are many bad reviews on Trip Advisor. I would avoid this place whenever the owner is around, which unfortunately seems to be everyday.
Possibly the best artisanal sourdough bread currently being handmade in the western world. As such, you have to arrive by 10:30 a.m. in order to get one of these dream loaves into your hamper. Sweet divine goodness. Go.
Lovely place to meet up and have a coffee and catch up , very good service.
Very cozy bakery that serves excellent food and coffee. It can get busy but they manage to serve everyone in reasonable time.
Selfishly, reluctant to review this as its just too good and I wont be able to get a table!!! coffee A1 and the food is as good as it gets. Courtyard at the back on a summers day is divine and shaded...take a book and enjoy but dont stay too long...please!!!!
