Beggars belief of a service. When I visited today the receptionist forced me to take an emergency appointment when the issue was of a nonemergency nature. Then I was told I must be registered with them as its a legal requirement. When I challenged them to see the policy, Laura the practice manager appeared and told me that I am aggressive and she just cancelled my appointment. Shockingly poor service from a rude practice manager. I demanded to see the policy she was telling me about but she continued to be argumentative asking me to leave and advising me to see my vets practice?! As it goes for the policy I am certain no such policy exists! Please take your pets elsewhere!

Great support for my dog Lola who was very ill. The team, really try and bond with your pet. When I say team that includes receptionists, nurses and the vets.
The vets do a good job.. But they need to make people more aware of fanachal help that could b avaliable if on benifts etc to help with veterinary cost
