Dragonvets, next to the racecourse, are not my local vets but the service they provide are the best I've found here! I tried two vets locally in Bishops Cleeve but felt their services weren't up-to-standard after having a great vet in London. I decided to try Dragonvet even though locals told me they are very expensive. I find with their pet health scheme, where I pay a small monthly fee for my two cats, it's well worth it. The fee covers their annual vaccination, worming and flea treatment, 6 monthly vet check, free nurse checks and more. They also have great facilities.I've recently gotten a puppy as well and have gone on the pet health scheme with him. I pay 13 per month which covers all his vaccinations after the first one (you've just got to pay for the first one), including his annual kennel vac, his worming, flea treatment etc. And because hes so young it also covers monthly checks to ensure he's growing okay, to check his weight and to give the right worming/flea treatment for his size. His second monthly check they found that the food I was giving him was irritating his skin around his ears and recommended I change it. The irritation has now all cleared up.They also invited me to puppy parties that ran for 3 consecutive Tuesdays and we got a lovely certificate at the end. These were free as part of the plan I think. Didn't pay a cent! Was so great! Puppies could socialise the whole night and nurse, Krupa, taught us things that I've found way more valuable then what we've learnt at puppy school. There was only three puppies in our puppy party and we were able to ask all our questions on how to deal with our puppies. Lead training, teaching them the basic commands, them socialising appropriately, off-lead training, deal with problems at feeding, toilet training, list goes on. Was quite sad to say goodbye to the group and to Krupa! Thanks so much Krupa!!! Can't recommend Dragonvet and the puppy parties enough!! Fom Milo and his Mummy.

5 star service every time, the receptionist are awesome.

Conveniently located at Cheltenham racecourse with ample parking, Dragon caters for all creatures great and small. The vets are friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful veterinary surgery. Caring & professional. Couldn't recommend more for small & large animal treatment along with specialist reptile vets. 5+ Star.

Take both my American bulldog puppies here. They are very well looked after, our youngest Titus has been very ill and ALL the staff have been very supportive. Clients for life
