Brilliant service from the reception team and expert physio intervention, support and advice from Matt. The team communicate efficiently and Matt got straight to the point of assessing specific injuries / wear and tear and developing a precise action plan which comprises of trigger point work by him and clearly explained exercises for me to perform between treatments. Highly recommended.
I have received chiropractic sessions in the clinic for neck pain, but my luck is not running great with still not recovering completely or caught up new symptoms even after few months. But got my queries answered always.

I had my first physio session ever with Angela after having a car accident and she has been fantastic helping me through a tough time - initial neck and shoulder pain/ whiplash and lower back muscle pain. She has a lovely manner which put me at ease especially as I didnt really know what to expect. She always assesses me every time and tailors the session to suit. My back is progressively getting better and she helps me remain positive and focussed especially when I sometimes take 2 steps backwards when Ive pushed myself a bit too far. Definitely would recommend her.
