I've never been to a physio before as I didn't feel I had any issues, but after a (MOT) session with Matt and his team they've helped me to understand how I can improve the way I exercise and how to prevent future (more long term) issues/injuries that may arise.

Matt is a really professional physiotherapist with lots of knowledge related to biomechanics. He has helped me understand how improve my running technique so I can prevent future injuries.
