They are very helpful and always ask me or even ring me when I have new or changed dose of a medication. I recommend them highly.
I cannot begin to praise the staff at James's pharmacy. They are consistently helpful, empathetic and understanding and go out of their way to be of help when a problem arises. For me struggling with a daughter with huge health problems it is a relief to know that I don't have to battle with one process in the many links of the chain to keep my daughter alive and well.Thank you
I've been going to James pharmacy for quite a number of years and can't fault them (apart from the front door slams, lol). Wonderful staff and they listen to a person's problems too. Having some one just to listen to your waffle/problems for a few minutes makes a lot of difference.
