It smells in there
The staff are very nice, it's a small shop but there's a private room to speak to a pharmacist which is very useful.
Very helpful friendly staff. Like the way they stock so many other thingsfor day to day living.
The Cheltenham pharmacy at the Springbank Centre accidentally gave me a potentially dangerous drug instead of the correct one.Fortunately, I spotted their error and thus avoided taking the wrong medication. It is easy to imagine a scenario where a mistake such as this could have had serious ramifications.When I returned the erroneous tablets to the pharmacy they soon spotted the correct prescription, which was still sitting on the shelf.They didnt even say sorry. If a waiter mixes up an order, then a sincere a profuse apology is normally forthcoming, so it is a very sad state of affairs when a harmful mistake is made by a pharmacy that no such regret is expressed. This is not the first time a mistake has been made so for obvious reasons I will not be returning to the Cheltenham Pharmacy at Springbank and I would strongly advise anyone who does pick up a prescription to double check the contents of the bag before leaving the building.
What can be said about this chemist ? Great service Friendly Helpful staff.Home delivery service for prescriptions. A little shop that sells all your needs. This Chemist is a pure little gem. keep up the good work
