Knowledgeable and informative staff with a friendly feel. We purchased a bird after spending a good hour with the aviary guru, Chris. He had all the time in the world for us new bird owners and we found his advice invaluable. Left knowing we had purchased from a reputable supplier with welfare at it's heart. How the "review" by Amanda Tarren that the "birds had obviously had their wings clipped" is allowed to stay on the site is beyond me, ignorant, uneducated nonsense. We have a responsibly sourced, happy and healthy pet, can't recommend highly enough.

Very helpful staff. Shop carried exactly what I needed. Willing to order in items not in stock. Reason for 4 stars is the location. At the very back of the garden center it's tricky to find.
Pet shop with selection of pet foods and accessories. Lovely staff but don't agree with so many aviary birds crammed into such a small shed with no room to fly around and probably had their wings clipped. Don't like how the reptile cage is so small either. They will prob say they're happy but surely not the best way to love animals.
