Excellent service, polite friendly staff, professional and courteous.I needed a very expensive ballgown cleaned, I've always used Waitrose in the past but came across Regency by chance. I'm so glad I did as the service and price were very good (and better than the competition!) They also offer alterations with an in house seamstress which is very handy. I definitely recommend them and will be returning! 5 stars.
I had a very poor experience here. Left a work dress to be cleaned and was shocked to be charged 18.95! The owner said she classified it as a "cocktail" dress. She was dismissive and unhelpful and just repeated that it was at her discretion to decide this - even though the dress was plain fabric with no decoration. I ended up having to pay just to get my dress back. Normal price for a dress is 9:95 - so she basically used "her discretion" to rip me off..
Really helpful and pleasant people. Absolutely delighted with some 23 year old curtains which they have just cleaned. Will be recommending them to all my friends. Thankyou
Worst experience ever - stay away!!They completely ruined my suit, added to this the staff were totally dismissive and I wasted my money too. So many better and more professional places nearby that I now use on a regular basis. I wanted to give zero stars review for this business(?) but could not post until I submitted at least one star.Please take two minutes to look up other much better establishments, this will save your garments and your money too. I have never previously left any such online reviews but after this total horrid experience I thought it was my duty to warn others.Do not make the same mistake as me!
