Really impressed with a & e. Not for me. A colleague had an injury requiring 10 stitches, so fairly significant. One hour 20 mins from entry, to treatment finished (Not 4 hours). Many many thanks.
I took our daughter in last week with a severe case of Tonsillitis and she was very scared and unwell, the Doctor (Polish Lady) was wonderful as was the nurse who looked after her, they treated her so well.We are so lucky to have these lovely EU professionals in Cheltenham.Thank you so much.
Great hospital,attended my pre op assessment on 1st November,we arrived a little earlier,i was seen on time,had all my checks done and spoke with a lovely nurse,who put me at ease. I was lucky to get a disabled parking space,right outside the St Pauls unit,which was fantastic as i suffer really bad knees.
2 hrs and still waiting for a simple blood test. I love the NHS but phlebotomy dept needs an injection of pace
The staff here are wonderful, kind, friendly and professional. My procedure was carried out at the oncology unit...which in spite of the fear it's name creates is such a friendly place. And there is a wonderful cafe on site.
