Brilliant in some areas, atrocious in others depending on what you want. Kitchen and bathroom section were very good, bright and welcoming with lovely displays. Garden section was also excellent particularly house plants. Go down some of the aisles though and its a right mess with products all over the place and no idea what price relates to which item. Back of the store is virtually empty and a shadow of its former self.
Clean well lit store. Products laid out well. I did ask if there was a wheel chair or electric scooter for my mum who has damaged her leg and difficulty walking....young helper said no there isn't and not helpful at all. Firstly why don't they have even one mobility scooter per store.... They should know that it's the older population who have highest popensity to spend! Secondly the staff need to care a bit more. To be fair the check out staff were excellent just others seemed like they didn't even want to be there ! Not a terrible experience but could be made so much better with simple tweaks in staff training.

Expensive! Spread out somewhat haphazardly seemingly in an aircraft hangar. Not a pleasant place to shop, quite the opposite. Thank heavens for the nice, helpful staff.
This is a big store, well supplied. There is a great gardening centre as well. You can find there all departments to decorate, refurbish or build your lovely home or garden. Tools, paints, wood, kitchen or bathroom furniture, plants, all bits and bobs on one place. Great quality. Average prices.
