Staff extremely friendly with great inspiration for interior design. Helped me choose the blinds and curtains I needed and even with matching cushion covers. Cost a fair amount but you get what you pay for and we wanted the best look possible. Highly recommend
We are about to refurb our baywindow and want to have Plantation Blinds, we called into Hillarys which was very new and glossy , saw what we liked and whilst the whole shop was empty of customers apart from us there were two assistants sitting at a table to the rear of the shop , we politely interupted their conversation to ask questions ref the blinds! one assistant did not take her HEAD OUT OF HER HANDS and when we asked for a very non commital approximate cost for the window we were told " we dont price up here" the one who still had her hands apparently holding her head on said .....about 450 per metre but not sure!! we asked is that 4.50 or 450 per metre , she said 450 .... no offer to discuss further or even a good bye when we suggested that was quite an investment !! With that attitude we would neither use nor reccommend them , Appalling disresectful service from assistants who clearly prefer to have no customers
