Happy to waste your time without a care in the world. Booked an Apple repair and spoke to them on the phone. Told to bring both devices in to store. On arrival to store, without even asking my name, they looked at both devices and told me they couldnt help. Could have saved me a load of time, fuel, and parking by asking for my serial number and whether my phone chassis was in flawless condition. Dodged the 25 Apple battery replacement on account of the chassis being bent. Youd need a microscope to see, but apparently its a safety hazard to replace the battery in anything other than a flawlessly flat case (or an unprofitable inconvenience). Later replaced at a real Apple store, without issue.

Complete waste of time. Booked a slot in advance. Handed over my phone and was told that I will receive email when finished. Waited almost 2 hours then went into the shop and they told me the actually dont stock a battery so will need to come back tomorrow if I still want replacement. WHY not let me know right away or at least when you find out instead of nothing. Thats two hours Ill never get back . Will got to cribs next time. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I went in today as I had broken the protective glass on my iPhone X, I was attended to very quickly and the staff member swiftly replaced my glass screen cover.I had some questions about Apple Macs and we discussed what might be best for my intended use. Again, the member of staff was extremely helpful and informative, not pushy but just explained all the functionality, different options to think about if I wanted to commit to buying an Apple Mac. A very good experience and would definitely go back again.
