The only shop I will ever use for tv and audio equipment! I've purchased all my electronic home entertainment equipment from them. Dealt with Richard on a regular basis and he's one of the best when it comes to knowledge and service, even after the sale is complete they have gone beyond when it comes to assistance. Can't recommend the Cheltenham store enough!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, not pushy at all. I've been in the shop several times and it is always busy (I take that as a good sign) but I've never had to wait long to be seen. I really wouldn't go anywhere else, just a brilliant shop and highly recommended.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent range of HiFis, TVs and record players, as well as headphones and relevant cables. They also offer extended guarantees on most items, and are usually one of the most competitively priced stores to boot.
