Some of the doctors are really helpful, the other staff bar maybe one are rude and mostly unhelpful. Had booked an appointment today, got a confirmation etc. I rang up as I was a bit late and was letting them know and was told I don't even have an appointment even though they could see the confirmation text saying I had an appointment today but was told not to come in as it wasn't there. Having a call back later from a different doctor but that doesn't excuse that my appointment was LOST

My family and I have been patients at Underwood Surgery for nearly ten years. It has always delivered a good service with very short waits for my young children and a choice of familiar, friendly doctors. In the last couple of years I have noticed we need to wait longer for appointments but I would put this down to cuts from the Conservative government rather than the surgery itself.
