Worst experience ever in my life!Took my car to them as one of my friends recommended them to me.We agreed to change alternator,as was one of possible things was causing the problem I had.The day I went to collect my car they told me that all work done,only thing is is that my battery light was on now and they cannot turn it off.Left the car for another day to sort it out but they could not do anything and the most amazing thing is that they wanted me to pay the whole bill plus for extra day and take my car with an additional problem they created (plus the initial problem wasn't sorted which I knew might be the case but at least I dint want to leave with another problem on top).After,arguing with the owner and his wife who she jumped out of the blue and was trying to tell me to pay them and then take them to court,if I want my money back I finally paid only the alternator and took my car.The owner was trying to tell me that the car is safe for me to travel to London with my 3 months old baby....The nightmare doesn't stop there ,as I took my car to a BMW approved garage and they informed me that the alternator was placed from the PURE(poor?) car management was wrong and my car was overcharging .Result of this is that my battery light is permanent on.Dunno about their paint work but if you want to service you car just stay away!1st time in my life I had such a bad experience from a garage.P.s:No need for me to lower your positive feedback.Only reason to leave a review is to warn people interested to have their car fixed by your garage...Thats why review and feedback is!My 6 fault car as you say was fixed(and running flawlessly) in 3 hours from the other garage where they know what they do ,in contrast with your garage where my car was kept for 2 days and still you could not work out what the problem is(the other garage did it in 10') .You placed wrong alternator for my car and is written on the diagnostics/invoice I have from the garage fixed my car.That is the truth and that the car was fixed after the right alternator was placed proves it.Trying to blame my car is faulty cause you cannot fix it is at least unprofessional!An apologize and a more professional approach would have solved the whole issue but these words are unknown to you.Keep feeding people lies!
Booked car in for Undersealing, but I also needed some welding work done, they took it in there stride, not only reasonable prices the workmanship is fantastic I would recommend to anyone looking to increase there cars longevity. Brilliant service the team are friendly & helpful I will definitely be using again.
Really good guys - sensible prices and good work. They have been looking after my car for a few years and had rust treatment and several repair along with a few mods and upgrades over the years and they have always exceeded my expectations and have even come in under the original quoted price occasionally if it was easier than expected
