Great to deal with. Turned up with 4 winter wheels that I had purchased elsewhere and Ian fitted them while I waited. Attention to detail - e.g. treatment of axle ends - was great and Im delighted with finish. They even filled screen liquid and offered to do AdBlue. Yes, they are not a soulless main dealer and dont have stainless steel, frosted glass, designer waiting room, but they are welcoming and fair.

Always friendly, always helpful. Courtesy cars are in nicer condition than most which definitely helps - I've had a brand new Ibiza and an A5 (definite upgrades from the 10 year old Corsa and Civic my last two garages gave me, at 10 more per day no less).I've been stranded twice in the past month due to terrible luck, and both times I've had my car back swiftly with the requisite repairs. Not necessarily the cheapest, but they definitely don't cut corners which is worth the extra every time.
