Huge selection of footwear and clothing, prices are very good, it is usually busy when I've been in, and that usually means the few staff they have are stretched thin, unfortunately this leads too very very poor customer service verging on rude or very inexperienced staff, so go if you know what it is you want, if you need help I would suggest you go elsewhere
Terrible! Staff are perfectly nice, but very sparse and the shop is fairly filthy. Plenty of cheap stuff (as mentioned in other comments youre not paying for good customer service - however, I disagree! There is also plenty of not so cheap stuff and good customer service should be free anyway . As I said before though, the staff arent really the problem here (unless you try to get around their non-existent returns policy, but thats not their fault!). Seems like a management issue? Lack is staff and 10am opening time is pretty dire.
Shitest customer service Ive had, and only shop that dont refund my money back to me even if I had the receipt, very blunt colleagues, not very respectful either, definitely do not recommend anyone to buy anything its a shithole
Best and cheapest place for work trousers.Shop is loaded so it's difficult to walk out empty handed. Reasonable prices.I do admit there is a shortage of checkout staff but otherwise you get what you pay for. It's not Harrods
