Staff are welcoming and happy to help and have a chat, purchased a whyte g170 and had a warranty issue fairly early in which they helped out with. Parking is only issue.

Took my bike in to get a seat and a light, even with 3 staff stood about no one offered to fit the seat for me. My friend got theirs done at Evans Cycles and they checked the type with them and even fitted it. Maybe I wasn't spending enough; but I won't be spending any more there in future.
