Aynsley promised a lot. He promised a service aimed at entrepreneurs that was different from other accountants. I believed that meant good advice, regular reviews and the benefit of experience helping other entrepreneurs. It turns out that the main difference is indifference, inflated prices, poor communication and lack of professionalism. I am still dealing with the consequences of the obstructive behaviour exhibited when moving to another accountant. If you want an accountant that doesn't understand how important your time is they might be right for you.
