AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not proactive at all - will miss your company returns etc.Awful experience with Warren Francis and Francis & Co. In short they missed a bunch of my company's returns and caused me to get fined by HMRC on multiple occasions.I am currently seeking legal action against their company. And also complaining to the relevant industry bodies to question their license.I've had to chase up a refund from them over 10 times. It takes 2 weeks to respond to an email.Warren seems like a decent Guy - but the reality of the service is awful.Caused me all sorts of problems with HMRC, had no idea about my company or status of reports. Simple mismanagement of dates - it seems like they don't use a Calendar at Francis and Co.STEER WELL CLEAR
