Just been spoken to by a member of staff in the ticket office as if I was about 10 years old after I didnt get my railcard out and he had to start again. Youre supposed to get your railcard our first. It took all of 2 mins. Was only buying a ticket from Cheltenham to University. Sunday afternoon. Not busy. No one waiting behind me. Plain rude.
Got on t'e wrong train ended up in Saudi Arabia, gutted rabbits in a goat farm, but to be fair they had a maccies, still feeling like a peng ting, yh.
Awful station, poorly positioned, unfriendly/unhelpful staff, NO CAR PARKING SPACES in the poorly-managed Apcoa carpark. BEWARE! Gloucester is better: bigger car park too, staff MUCH more helpful.
Overpriced food as expected. Only 2 electronic ticket machines which almost always leads to queues. Decent number of spaces for drop off/ pick up. Serves purpose.
Nice and clean well looked after station with good seating and waiting rooms in a superb location with easy access to bus services. Station staff are very well mannered, polite, respectful and helpful.
