I called today with a minor plumbing fault (irritating but a non-emergency). Within a few hours, we had a member of the team round, who resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Jack was extremely helpful and professional - would highly recommend and will be certainly using the company again in future.
Jack did a superb job on our Worceser Bosch 24 ri Boiler. Sorted it in less than an hour and his fault finding was second to none.

I dont believe the previous one star review. By my experience at all.I got Matt put three months ago to sort out a problem with a house I purchased. He worked diligently and quickly to investigate a confusing problem and logically explained consequences and billing. Unfortunately I had suffered multiple issues, but Matt worked hard (including over weekend) to restore system and carried out fault diagnosis in a logical manner in attempt to minimise costs, including retaining any removed parts so I could see faults. Apart from that, he was unfailing polite, delightfully posh and extremely trustworthy. He visited my house again to check all was well and carried out some free jobs. Highly recommended and will only use Matt for work in Cheltenham again.
