Easy to find, pay at paypoint before exit with cash or card, staff patrolled so safe too, close to eating areas and shops
Easy to access car park close to centre of Cheltenham.
As it seems with almost all indoor multistorey carparks, quite cramped when you have to try and get two 3 year olds in and out of the car
Unacessable if your disabled. No spaces on Saturday for disabled so used a normal parking space. They have hatched areas to walk and crossings to walk across to only find it's a parking space.
