We received an excellent service from Advanced with our recent house move last month. They were so accommodating especially when we only exchanged contracts 1 hour before completion! Roy & Liam were very personable and so helpful and methodical with their packing of valuable and moving heavy furniture down 2 flights of stairs in some cases. Never complained about anything - all done with minimum fuss and a lot of effort! Then when we only got our keys at 4 pm, Advantage Removals sent out 5 additional crew members to help Roy & Liam and all done in record time & no breakages! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough to anyone looking at moving.
We moved with this company twice!! First experience awful!!! Banging washing machine up the stairs, arguing amongst themselves, dreadful. Second experience brilliant couldn't fault the guys that came out.But we were left with a smashed mirror that cost us 280 and was wrapped countless times. Our hoover smashed to bits, chest of drawers smashed damaged hidden in a drawer. We tried to ask for compensation and was offered 60.00. We refused this funny never heard back till this day. We had to replace everything at 100 of pounds.I wouldn't use this company again they leave a bad taste in our mouth and you hundreds out of pocket.

Had heard great things about Advanced Removals.. and when i finally needed them they were professional and polite, the team were very careful with all the boxes which I must say we were gobsmacked at how they handled all of our delicate items all bubble wrapped and nicely stored in the vans.very happy customer. Would highly recommend.
I had to shift my household items. I was seriously ill in those days and all these things came to me as a new pain. Then one of my friends suggested me this company. I contacted them and fixed a date. On the expected morning three boys rang the bell. They were on time. There were a lot of goods to pack. I was specially anxious about my glass items. But there were sufficient boxes with them. The thickness and the quality of the boxes , somehow, assured me. The boys were sincere and methodical. They did a fantastic job. I received all the transported goods safely on the said day and all the expensive glass items were at their previous condition. The truly professional staffs provided me a satisfactory service. Their remuneration was reasonable enough.
