Friendly but not at all pushy and pestering. Pleasant change from some other shops
Yesterday we went to DFS Cheltenham with our minds made up to purchase a sofa that we have seen online the evening before. But the staff were not keen to sell a sofa to us. At all times we were the one that need to beg for information! Even with members of staff doing nothing! After almost 30 minutes felling transparent inside the shop (and were are a family of 4) and the lack of interaction with us we went away and later purchased a sofa from a local shop.Other people that arrived after us were promptly attended, offered coffee and had a person full time with them. So I did not get the criteria to excluded as a customer.

We received poor service today meaning we walked out without spending 3k on a three piece suite. At the time I wondered how they could afford to lose that commission, however reading trust pilot reviews I feel we got off lightly!
After many months of searching for the perfect sofa, I found this hidden gem in the back. On special at bargain price. My experience was pleasant and staff very attentive and friendly. Everything arranged and delivered promptly... With a choice of delivery time preference. Highly recommended.
